Clinical Research Associate
The HSG is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee site compliance with clinical trial protocols through on-site and remote monitoring, regulatory documentation, and data reconciliation. This role collaborates closely with project teams to ensure adherence to protocols and regulations across multiple clinical trials.

Clinical Trial Document Management Specialist
HSG is seeking a Clinical Trial Document Management Specialist to create and organize HSG study file structures, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Good Clinical Practice. Responsibilities include collaborating with Project Managers, executing Trial Master File Plans, and participating in study team meetings to report on regulatory document status. The role requires collecting and reviewing clinical trial regulatory documents, liaising with study teams and site personnel, and maintaining central tracking of these documents. Additional tasks include participating in routine audits, executing archiving procedures, and maintaining an index of study documents. The role may also involve working with study monitors and performing other duties to support HSG clinical trials.

The Department of Neurology in the Renaissance School of Medicine is seeking Movement Disorders neurologists to join our outstanding Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Center. Stony Brook is home to the only DBS program, Tics and Tourette’s Disorder TAA Center of Excellence and Huntington’s Disease HDSA Center of Excellence in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. Suffolk County has a catchment area of more than 1.5 million residents, of which nearly a quarter of a million are geriatric. We partner with Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, which offers numerous wellness programs with support of APDA.
