Do I have to register?
Advance registration is required. Ticket sales are scheduled to open the week of May 12 and close on September 22.
Can I register on the day of the event?
Same-day registration is strongly discouraged, and we cannot guarantee lodging, food, or that giveaways will be available.
I registered online – where is my ticket?
You will receive a registration confirmation email. There are no print-out tickets, but everyone will receive a badge at check-in.
Where do I check in for the meeting?
There will be a registration table on the second floor.
Is there a cancellation/refund policy?
Any cancelations within two weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund. Please contact annualmeeting@hsglimited.org with questions or requests.
Where should I stay?
A block of rooms is reserved at the event venue, the J.W. Marriott Nashville. Once you register for the event, you will be provided with the booking link. All reservations MUST be made by September 22, 2025. Meeting attendees are welcome to stay here but it is not required.
What’s the closest airport?
Nashville International Airport (BNA), which fewer than 10 miles from the meeting venue.
Is there a shuttle from the airport to the venue?
No. To get from the airport, there are taxis and ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft. Depending on traffic, expect the ride to take 15-30 minutes.
Is there an event app?
Yes! When the app goes live (about two weeks before the congress), registrants will receive an email notification with download instructions.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, but most meeting attendees are “business casual.”
Our HD Patient Research Day on Saturday is casual.
Are meals provided?
Some meals are provided.

The premises is designed with accessibility needs in mind, offering escalators and elevators. If you need assistance, please indicate this when registering.
Efforts will be made to provide a vegan option and a gluten-free option at each meal. Please indicate dietary requirements when registering.

Can I bring my family and/or partner? What events or meals can they attend?
Anyone can attend the conference, but all attendees must register and pay applicable fees in advance to participate in the meeting, including meals and breaks. The HD Patient Research Day event on Saturday, October 11, including meals and breaks, is free of charge. Please register for HD Patient Research Day if you plan to attend to ensure there is enough food and space.
